Bright news from our Dudjom Dzong Dharma Centre, here in Moncton, NB and our brand new sister community, Kadak Dzong Hermitage, at Gampo Abbey in Cape Breton, NS.
Below are photos, taken in August at Dorje Denma Ling, of Rinpoche and some members of both 'dzongs', and beyond, who were present while Rinpoche created calligraphies for their centres.

Rinpoche recently renamed our Moncton centre from Dudjom Ling to Dudjom Dzong (du-jom zong), meaning "sacred citadel of Dudjom Lingpa". Kadak Dzong (kha-dahk zong) means "citadel of original purity." Rinpoche emphasized that this 'citadel' resides in each of us.

Let’s rejoice!
May the light of the lamp burn bright in our hearts
Love and laughter from bodhisattvas
Wrapped in warmth and colour
May I be patient
And kind with myself and others
The uplifted smile lifts up
As we enter this equinox
May we embrace change
Black-eyed Susan’s and phlox cheer us on
They smell so darn good
The fragrance of emptiness
The blessings from this practice
Until every being is liberated
May a wick in our heart be lit by this candle
that we may carry its light everywhere we go
